Add $3, $10, $20 or $50. Your balance never expires, and a job that fails is refunded or retried for free.
Storage
Every account gets 500 MB of cloud storage for its books and audio, so your library is on every device. Starter books don't count. Need more? Extra storage is $1.00 per GB a month, in 1, 5 or 10 GB, renewing 30 days after you buy it.

No. You top up a balance and pay only for what you make. There's nothing to cancel.
Your first chapter, with every activity, plus the starter books in your library. Reading, highlighting, notes, spaced repetition reminders and 500 MB of cloud storage are free for everyone, and so is opening anything you've already made.
Never. Top up when you need to and use it at your own pace.
Everything you've made stays yours. When you start something new, the app shows what it costs and lets you top up.
If a summary fails, you get your money back. If an activity in a Study Kit fails, trying it again is free. If you bought an activity on its own, its price is refunded.
Each new quiz set is $0.25, charged when it's made, like every other activity. The Study Kit includes the first, and taking a quiz is free: a set is used up when you submit your answers.
Regenerating something that already exists costs its own price, the same as making it the first time.
