Delete Your WellVersed Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account here, or in the app under Settings → Delete Account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, password, photo and settings
- Every book and document you uploaded
- Everything made from them: summaries, flashcards, quizzes, concept maps, key terms, audio lectures and readouts
- Your notes, highlights, chat conversations and bookmarks
- Your study progress, review schedule, streaks and reminders
- Your balance and transaction history. Any remaining balance is lost.
How It Works
- Enter the email address you sign in with (Google sign-in included). We'll email you a confirmation link that works for 1 hour.
- Open the link and confirm. Your account closes straight away and you're signed out on every device.
- For 30 days, you can still change your mind: sign in to the app and everything is restored.
- After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
What We Keep
- Error reports from the app are kept for up to 90 days, no longer linked to you.
- Google Play keeps its own records of purchases made through it.
Want a copy first? In the app, go to Settings → Export My Data before deleting your account.
